What is Shop and Plan modes?+
Planning mode involves adding and removing items from your shopping list. It's all about what you want to buy. Shopping mode returns those items price optimized for the lowest price by store.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Maya only uses the information you share with her: receipts, shopping lists, your device, your cell plan. She never sells your data or uses it for ads. Maya works for you, not for brands.
What can Maya not do?+
Maya can't buy things for you. She finds the best deal, and you buy directly from the seller. She never touches your bank accounts or insurance, and she won't place orders at stores.
How do I start saving?+
Register on Maya's Start Page or simply text "Hi" to Maya at (888) 751-MAYA (6292). She'll walk you through registration and set up your account to start saving.
Do I have to give Maya my passwords?+
No. Maya never signs in anywhere as you, so there is nothing for her to keep. She has no place to store a store login, a bank login or a card, and she does not ask for one. When you are ready to buy, you buy the way you always have, in your own account. Maya's job finishes when she tells you where the price is best.
