When you share prices, Maya scans them against what she already knows. New prices for your store go on the map for everyone... and you earn points. The denser the map near you, the faster Maya can help when you shop.

How charges work

You authorize the task, not a price

Your account is free. Maya charges when you ask her to do something: a point or two for everyday tasks, and for a price report a fraction of what it saves you. Small savings mean a small charge, a real deal costs more, and you are never charged more than the savings are worth. If Maya cannot find you a better price, she says so and charges nothing.

Straight answers

Is membership free?

There's no fee to have a Maya account, and you get free points to kick the tires when you sign up. Everything Maya does for you costs points... sized to the savings she delivers, with a small minimum so every request covers its cost.

How do points work?

You tell Maya to do something; she does it; she charges points. Task work is predictable (e.g. a few points per task). Savings work scales with what you saved... gas reports, cart optimizations, plan compares. More savings for you usually means more points for Maya. That’s fair: you want her hungry to find savings.

What about buying vs. subscribing for points?

You can buy or earn points and, when you buy, you have the choice to purchase the amount you need or to subscribe for convenience so your account will always have points when you need them.

How does Maya make money?

Maya earns points for her services. Like an on demand personal assistant, your account with Maya doesn't cost anything but she'll charge you points when you task her to find you savings or update your account.

What happens if I run out of points?

Maya stops working until you earn, buy or subscribe for more points. You can ask Maya for your points balance (for free) anytime.
