When do points expire?

Points expire 30 days from when you earn or buy them. Maya shows your balance so you can use them before they expire.

What do the Basic and Plus subscriptions include?

Basic ($7.99/mo) includes 1,000 points per month and a 5% discount on point refills. Plus ($19.99/mo) includes 3,000 points per month and a 10% discount on refills. Both tiers also give earlier notice on time-sensitive deals.

How does Maya make money?

What happens if I run out of points?
