Maya's Trademarks

Word marks

  • MAYA MARKETS
  • MAYA VERDANT
  • maya.markets

Design marks

  • The YinYang Design — Maya's yin-yang logo mark, used as Maya's primary brand symbol
  • The maya.markets wordmark — the stylized "maya.markets" logotype

Taglines and slogans

  • "Maya makes life better."
  • "Your personal shopping advocate."

All trademarks, whether registered or unregistered, are the sole property of Maya Verdant, LLC.

What You Can Do

You may refer to Maya by name in a factual, non-commercial context — for example, in a news article, academic paper, or review — without our permission, provided you:

  • Use the mark accurately and without modification
  • Do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Maya
  • Use the mark in a way that is not misleading or disparaging

What You Cannot Do Without Permission

You may not, without our express written permission:

  • Use any Maya trademark as part of your own company name, product name, or brand
  • Use the YinYang Design or any confusingly similar design as a logo or icon
  • Use Maya's marks in advertising or promotional material in a way that suggests an official relationship
  • Register a domain name that incorporates any Maya trademark
  • Use Maya's marks on merchandise, clothing, or physical products
  • Alter, distort, or stylize Maya's marks in any way

Requesting Permission

To request permission to use Maya's trademarks, email [email protected] with:

  • Your name and organization
  • A description of the intended use
  • How and where the mark will appear
  • The duration of the intended use

We review all requests and respond within 10 business days.

Reporting Misuse
