Buttons or numbers: how do I answer your menus?

If you see buttons, tap one. If you see a numbered list, reply with the number next to the choice you want.

Many of my replies end with choices. Some phones show buttons under the message. Others show a numbered list in the message. They are the same choices.

A number answers the list it came with. If that list has gone stale, I say so and show you fresh choices. You can also text menu at any time to start from the top.

Many things also work typed as a word, like pts, my orders or help.
