How do I send Maya a bill or a receipt?
Email it to [email protected] as a photo or a PDF, one attachment per email, or text a photo to (888) 751-MAYA (6292). Send it from the email address on your account, and Maya texts you the results.
Email your most recent cell phone bill to [email protected], one attachment per email, as a photo or a PDF. You can also text a photo to (888) 751-MAYA (6292).
Send it from the email address validated for your account. That address is how Maya knows the message is yours. If you never added an email address or you want to change it, switch to Help mode and tell Maya you want to edit your profile.
Maya will confirm receipt via texting (after you sent the bill for analysis via email) and will follow up with the results.
