Maya Website Terms of Use
Last Updated: March 1, 2026
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") apply to maya.markets and all associated Maya websites and subdomains (each, a "Site"). Maya Verdant, LLC ("Maya," "we," "us") operates these Sites to provide information about Maya and to support our services.
By visiting or using any Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Use of Maya's services (SMS, web chat, account features) is additionally governed by our Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The "Last Updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of any Site means you accept any changes.
1. Permitted Use
You may visit and use our Sites for your own personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about Maya, explore our services, and access information we make available. All use must comply with these Terms of Use.
2. Prohibited Use
By accessing any Site, you agree you will not:
- Use the Site in violation of these Terms of Use or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Site content without permission
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Site content
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access our Sites in ways that exceed normal human browsing patterns
- Disrupt, overburden, or impair any Maya website or interfere with other visitors' use
- Mirror or frame any part of a Site on another website
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Site or its underlying systems
- Use any Site for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful
3. Intellectual Property
All content on Maya's Sites — including text, images, graphics, logos, software, and design — is owned by Maya Verdant, LLC or licensed to us. Our Sites are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You do not acquire any ownership rights by using our Sites. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
Maya trademarks: The Maya name, the YinYang Design (Maya's yin-yang logo mark), the maya.markets wordmark, and all related marks are trademarks and intellectual property of Maya Verdant, LLC. You may not use them without our express written permission.
Feedback: If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback to Maya, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
4. User-Submitted Content
Some parts of our Sites may allow you to submit content (such as reviews or profile information). By submitting content, you represent that:
- You own it or have the right to submit it
- It doesn't infringe anyone's intellectual property rights
- It's accurate and not deceptive
- It doesn't violate these Terms of Use or our Acceptable Use Policy
You grant Maya a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and use submitted content in connection with our services. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.
5. Third-Party Links
Our Sites may link to third-party websites for your convenience. These links don't constitute endorsement. Maya is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Visit them at your own discretion.
6. Disclaimers
Our Sites and their content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maya disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of our Sites or their content.
Content on our Sites may contain errors or be out of date. We reserve the right to correct or update content at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maya Verdant, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Sites, including any reliance on information you find here.
If Maya is found liable for any cause related to your use of a Site, Maya's total liability is limited to one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions don't permit certain liability exclusions — in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maya Verdant, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Sites, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms of Use.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from your use of our Sites are subject to the mandatory arbitration and class action waiver in our Terms of Service, Section 18. Please review those terms.
For matters not subject to arbitration, disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delaware.
10. General
Entire agreement: These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Maya regarding your use of our Sites.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
