Adding to your list
When your main list is empty, Maya offers five ways to add an item, so you never start shopping from an empty list.
When your main shopping list is empty, you can always tell Maya what products you want to add. You can also pick from these five ways to add items, so you never have to start from an empty list.
The 'suggest items' option instruct Maya to look at what you buy most and offers those regular items back to you, so a quick tap puts the things you regularly shop for back onto your list. Maya primarily reviews the last 90 days of buys so make sure to keep feeding her receipts after your shopping trips.
The 'search items' option lets you search for what you are after, like "milk" or "paper towels" so you can pick the right product from the results. This is the best way to add something new that you have not bought before (or at least since you've started sharing receipts with Maya).
The 'recent items' option shows what you have bought lately, newest first, so the thing you ran out of last week is one tap away.
'UPC' lets you add by UPC barcode. Send the numbers printed under the barcode on the package, and Maya finds the exact product. Use a 3rd party barcode scanner to make copying and pasting UPC bar codes even easier.
The 'my kitchen' shows what is currently in your pantry and fridge, when you have anything on file there, so you can move something you have onto your shopping list to buy it again.
Every add costs one point per item, and every point in your log is explainable. Reply back to step out, or help for anything else.
