How do I send Maya an Albertsons receipt?

Albertsons keeps your in-store and online trips in Purchase History once they are tied to your account. Here is how to send one to Maya:

1. At checkout, enter the phone number on your Albertsons for U account or scan your loyalty card so the trip is saved to your account.
2. Open the Albertsons app, or sign in at albertsons.com.
3. Open Purchase History from the account menu.
4. Switch between online orders and in-store purchases to find the trip you want.
5. Open it and take a screenshot of the receipt. On the website you can use your browser's print option and save it as a PDF instead.
6. Email it to [email protected], one attachment per email, from the address on your Maya account. You can also text a photo to (888) 751-MAYA (6292).

If a trip is missing from your purchase history, Albertsons customer service at (877) 505-4040 can look into it. In the meantime, photograph the paper receipt and send that.
