How do I send Maya an ALDI receipt?

ALDI does not run a loyalty card at the register, so there is no digital copy of an in-store trip. The paper receipt is the only record. Here is how to get it to Maya:

1. Keep the paper receipt from the register. ALDI cannot look one up for you later.
2. Lay it flat somewhere well lit and take a photo with the whole receipt in frame. If it is long, fold it and take two photos rather than one blurry one.
3. Check that the store name, the date, the item lines, and the total are all readable before you send it.
4. Email it to [email protected], one attachment per email, from the address on your Maya account. You can also text the photo to (888) 751-MAYA (6292).
5. For an ALDI pickup or delivery order, sign in to your account at aldi.us instead.
6. Click your name and select Order history, then open the order to view the receipt.
7. Screenshot it or save it as a PDF, then send it the same way.

ALDI pickup and delivery orders are fulfilled through Instacart. If a receipt is missing from your order history, ALDI points customers to [email protected] or (888) 246-7822.

That's it. Maya will process your receipt and when you're notified of the results make sure to check if there is an opportunity to earn points for providing additional details about the items you've purchased.
