How do I send Maya a Costco receipt?

Costco keeps two years of warehouse receipts in your online account. Here is how to get one to Maya:

1. Make sure your membership is verified on your Costco.com account. In-warehouse receipts do not appear until it is.
2. Sign in to Costco.com or open the Costco mobile app.
3. Select Orders & Returns in the upper right corner of the home page. In the app this is Orders & Receipts.
4. Under Orders & Purchases, select the In-Warehouse tab.
5. Receipts are shown six months at a time. If the trip is older, pick a different period from the Showing dropdown.
6. Find the purchase and select View Receipt.
7. Select Print Receipt and save it as a PDF, or take a screenshot on your phone.
8. Email it to [email protected], one attachment per email, from the address on your Maya account. You can also text a photo to (888) 751-MAYA (6292).

New warehouse purchases can take up to 24 hours to show up. Food court, optical, travel, and Instacart orders are not kept in your warehouse purchase history, so send a photo of the paper receipt for those. For a trip older than two years, the membership desk at your local warehouse can help.
