How do I send Maya an H-E-B receipt?

H-E-B keeps your trips in the My H-E-B app once they are linked to your account. Curbside and delivery orders do not come with a paper receipt at all, so the app is the copy. Here is how to send one to Maya:

1. Download the My H-E-B app and sign in, using the phone number you give at checkout.
2. At checkout, enter that phone number or scan your app code so the trip is saved to your account.
3. Open the app and go to your account, then open Purchase History.
4. Select the trip you want to open the receipt details.
5. Take a screenshot of the receipt.
6. Email it to [email protected], one attachment per email, from the address on your Maya account. You can also text a photo to (888) 751-MAYA (6292).

For a curbside or delivery order, your H-E-B order confirmation email works just as well. Forward it straight to [email protected]. If an in-store trip was not tied to your account, photograph the paper receipt and send that instead.

That's it. Maya will process your receipt and when you're notified of the results make sure to check if there is an opportunity to earn points for providing additional details about the items you've purchased.
