How do I send Maya a King Soopers receipt?

King Soopers stores your receipts digitally under Purchase History, so you can send one to Maya without hunting for the paper copy. Just follow these steps:

1. Enter your SooperCard or the phone number linked to it at checkout. Digital receipts only appear for trips tied to your account.
2. Sign in to the King Soopers mobile app or to kingsoopers.com.
3. Open your Purchase History from the account menu.
4. Select the trip you want from the Past Purchases screen.
5. Choose the Receipt link or icon to open the full itemized receipt.
6. Take a screenshot on your phone. On a computer, use your browser's print option and save the receipt as a PDF.
7. Email it to [email protected], one attachment per email, from the address on your Maya account. You can also text a photo to (888) 751-MAYA (6292).

King Soopers is part of the Kroger family of stores, and digital receipts are only offered in select markets and never for pharmacy purchases. If you don't see one, or you only have the printed receipt from the register, just snap a photo of it and send that instead. Lay it flat somewhere well lit, get the whole receipt in frame, and check that the store name, the date, the item lines, and the total are readable.
