How do I send Maya a Kroger receipt?

Kroger stores your receipts digitally under Purchase History, so you can send one to Maya without hunting for the paper copy. Just follow these steps:

1. Enter your Kroger Plus Card or the phone number linked to it at checkout. Digital receipts only appear for trips tied to your account.
2. Sign in to the Kroger mobile app or to kroger.com.
3. Open your Purchase History. On the website it lives at kroger.com/mypurchases.
4. Select the trip you want from the Past Purchases screen.
5. Choose the Receipt link or icon to open the full itemized receipt.
6. Take a screenshot on your phone. On a computer, use your browser's print option and save the receipt as a PDF.
7. Email it to [email protected], one attachment per email. You can also text the photo to (888) 751-MAYA (6292).
8. Send it from the email address on your Maya account. That address is how Maya knows the message is yours.

Kroger offers digital receipts in select markets and not for pharmacy purchases. If you don't see one, take a photo of the paper receipt and send that instead. The same steps work at the rest of the Kroger family of stores, including Ralphs, Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Fry's, Dillons, Smith's, and QFC.
