Shopping lists
Shopping lists are how Maya organizes what you buy across your stores and finds you the lowest prices at each store.
Your shopping lists are how Maya finds you the lowest total across the stores you shop. Every item on a list is priced at your preferred local stores, and Maya works out which store, or split of stores, costs the least.
Your Main list is priced automatically. Maya re-optimizes it every day and again whenever it changes, so when you add an item, change a quantity, or set a new store, the best price plan is ready when you are. Adding an item picks the product, and pricing picks the stores, so a list never changes on its own.
Specialty lists, like a recipe or a named list (e.g. Birthday Dinner), are optimized on demand rather than every day. Open one and select optimize, or pick the list from the Buy menu, and Maya prices it to stores in real time. Maya may also shows substitutions for each item you have on a list: sometimes just equivalent options and often with discounts for a better price.
When you are ready to shop, open Buy. Buy shows your gas, your Main list (if it has items on it), and your specialty lists, each already priced and ready to shop. Pick a list to see its items, then choose 'shop list' to have Maya comparison shop the entire list, store by store for the lowest overall price.
Walk into a store and you can get in store help too. As soon as you walk into a store, share your one time location with Maya and she'll determine what store you're in and help you make better buying decisions as you shop. She can return your shopping lists that were pre-optimized for that store or you can can ask for a 'price check' to see if the store's price is actually a good price.
Need something more specific? Text Maya and she'll answer with your account in front of her.
