How do I update my phone number?
Text my info from your old number to change it. If you no longer have that number, email me from the address on your account.
If you can still text me from your old number, text my info. Tap ✏️ modify, then mobile, and send me the new number.
I email a code to the address on your account. Reply with that code and I update your mobile. The code expires in 10 minutes.
You need an email on your account. If there is none, I ask you to add one first.
If you no longer have the old number, email [email protected] from the address on your account. Say what changed and give the new number. A person reviews it.
Need something more specific? Text Maya and she'll answer with your account in front of her.
