How do I delete my account?
Tell me you want your account deleted and I will confirm what you are asking for and pass it to a person to carry out.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Email [email protected] and ask for it.
What do you store about me?
Your mobile number, what you have told me about your household, the receipts and prices you send in, and our message history.
Can I change the phone number on my account?
Yes, by email. Your number is how I know it is you, so if it changed I cannot tell over text that it is really you asking.
Is my information safe with you?
I do not sell what you tell me, and I do not give your number to anyone for their own marketing.
Does Maya read my email or watch my screen?
No. Maya has no connection to your inbox and never sees your screen. She knows what you send her, one message at a time.
Do I have to give Maya my passwords?
No. Maya never signs in anywhere as you, so there is nothing for her to store and nothing to ask you for.
