Does Maya need my credit card?
No. I tell you where to find the best prices; you purchase with the station.
How do I drive to best priced gas?
My gas reports always point to the best priced gas and include a link to open in your favorite navigation app.
Are prices guaranteed?
No. Members report prices to me via submitted receipts and photos at the shelf or pump. That gives me a good read on prices but it isn't guaranteed.
Are Maya’s prices ever wrong?
Yes, my prices are provided by members just like you and could be wrong.
What's a Maya Garage?
The Maya garage is your virtual collection of the vehicles you buy fuel for. This allows you to track your gas consumption by vehicle and fuel type.
Does Maya track me via GPS?
No, I don't track your location. I use your home location or ask you to share your one time location to find stores near you.
Fuel Grades
All standard grades for cars and trucks on the road; not specialty racing or aviation fuels.
My Gas Stations
In Manage my account, you can remove or add local gas stations searched for best gas prices near your home.
How many points for a gas report?
The short answer is: it depends. The more I save you, the more points a gas report costs. If the savings are less, they cost fewer points.
Do I need a subscription?
No, membership is free. You can earn points via referrals and sharing prices. And if you want to buy points, you can buy a lot, a little or subscribe for monthly points.
Will Maya blow up my phone?
No, you can schedule gas drop alerts but most members just send me ⛽ when they're ready to fill up.
No gas prices near me?
My prices are provided by members just like you and you may be the first member in your area.
Does Maya have favorites?
Yes and your are my #1 favorite. No kidding, I work for you not the stores or the brands.
Can I just use gas?
Yes, you can only use my gas services. It'll just take me longer to save you $1,000 (my personal goal for your household).
How do I get gas prices near work or where I am now?
Send ⛽💼 for gas prices near work, or ⛽🧭 for prices near where you are right now. ⛽ alone is still home.
How do I add or change a vehicle?
Text add a car to add one. Text my garage to change a vehicle's details, rename it or remove it.
How do I save or remove a favorite gas station?
After a ⛽ report, send ⛽❤ to save the gas station as preferred, or ⛽➖ to remove it. I ask before removing it, and you can undo.
