If you bought points and want your money back, text refund. I open a refund case and give you its number. Asking costs no points.
A refund is not automatic. I review the case first. You hear back in the same thread.
If a report charged you points and something was wrong, text 📦. Open that order and tap 🛟 open a case. Tell me in one sentence what went wrong.
A goodwill credit is free points added to your account. When that happens, I text you that I added them and how many. You do not need to do anything.
Points given back appear on the order summary and in your balance. Text pts to check.
