Savings
Savings shows how much Maya has saved you recently and over your entire account's history.
Are savings guaranteed?
No. Markets move. Maya shows math and options so you can decide; she does not guarantee a specific price at checkout.
💵 Cash back
Cash back is a rebate I pay you when you buy a product I offered you with cash back. Send the receipt, and at $25 move it to a gift card you choose.
Referrals
Referrals lets you invite people to join Maya and earn points when they join.
Are prices always accurate?
No... and that’s intentional.
Why did a deal disappear before I bought?
Prices change (sometimes hourly).
What if Maya was wrong or unfair?
Ask Maya to open a support case (text or email her like any other message).
Do I need a subscription or do I have to buy points?
No. Membership is free and does not require either.
Do points expire?
Points you buy never expire.
Does Maya sell my data?

Points
Points shows your balance and how points are earned and spent.
How is my savings calculated?
I total the savings booked from your gas and shopping list price reports. For repeat requests in a day, I count the largest saving once.
How do I buy more points?
Text pts and pick a pack under your balance. I send a secure checkout link, and I text you when the points are added.
What are the ways to earn points?
Send receipts and price photos, answer a product question, describe a product, or invite people with refer.
What do I earn for inviting a friend, and how do I do it?
Text refer. Share a contact with me or share your personal link. You earn 15 points when someone you invited finishes joining.
Why can't I use groceries or pet food yet?
Groceries and pet food open once I have saved you $50. What I save you on gas counts toward that mark.
Why was I charged that many points for a report?
The charge follows the savings I found, so I cannot quote it before the report. Each charged reply has a 🧾 receipt line, and 📦 Orders shows the points for every order.
How many points do I earn for a receipt?
You earn 5 points for the first item with a qualifying price change, then 1 for each other one, up to 100 per receipt.
Can I get a refund or my points back?
Text refund for a points purchase. For a report problem, open the order and tap 🛟 open a case. I review each request before anything is returned.
Can Maya spend my money?
No. Maya places no orders and touches no bank account or card. Buying points is a checkout you complete yourself.
What does a report cost, and what if Maya cannot help?
The charge is a fraction of what the answer saves you, never more than the savings are worth, and if Maya cannot answer you keep your points. You pay for an answer, never the attempt.
