Why didn't my receipt earn points?

First, type my receipts to see what I read. A receipt earns points only when it changes a store price I have on file. It still goes into your purchase history when it earns no points.

Points can be zero if prices did not change, the receipt is older, or I read it before. Member savings also keep me from saving the receipt’s prices as store prices.

I save no prices if I cannot place the store. A restaurant receipt is one case. A bill is kept on file but not itemized. I also cannot award points if I cannot read the photo or the email address is not confirmed.
