If you have not heard back in a few minutes, check the number you are texting is the one you started with.
My account is suspended.
That happens after repeated abusive messages, and it is not automatic on a bad day...
I did not get my sign-in code.
That code is for signing in here on the web, and it is good for ten minutes.
You do not have a price for my area.
That usually means prices near you are still thin, not that I am broken.
Why didn't my receipt earn points?
A receipt earns points only when it changes a store price I have on file. It can still go into your purchase history when it earns no points.
How do I reach a person or manage a case?
Text help and tap 🎟️ Cases. You can open a case, check its status, send a message or close it.
