Jurisdiction Specific Terms
Because Maya operates in multiple countries, some additional terms apply based on where you are. Find your location below.
How This Works
Maya's Terms of Service covers the rules that apply to all users everywhere. Jurisdiction Specific Terms layer on top of that — they specify governing law, local consumer rights, and any regulatory requirements for your country.
In the event of any conflict between your Jurisdiction Specific Terms and the main Terms of Service, the Jurisdiction Specific Terms control.
Governing law (Delaware), TCPA SMS compliance, CCPA rights, AAA arbitration, class action waiver, and state-specific consumer protections.
GDPR data rights, right of withdrawal, EU ODR platform, governing law (Ireland), and EU consumer protection directives.
UK GDPR, Consumer Rights Act 2015, ICO supervisory authority, governing law (England & Wales), and FCA financial services context.
PIPEDA and provincial privacy law (including Quebec Law 25), CASL anti-spam rights, governing law (Ontario), and provincial consumer protection.
Ley 8968 data protection rights, Ley 7472 consumer rights, beta service availability notice, and governing law.
If your country isn't listed above, the main Terms of Service applies, with Delaware law as default. We're expanding jurisdiction-specific coverage as Maya grows globally. Contact [email protected] with questions about your specific jurisdiction.
